Our products are especially designed for you. We would love to design our products based on your requirements. You can send us your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

WHAT IF I WANT ANY CHANGES/CANCELLATION OF AN EXISTING ORDER?
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refund.

ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
All our products are handcrafted and especially curated for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS?
For ready made pieces, the delivery date will be between 5-7 business days. For a piece that is especially curated for you, being hand embroidered and sewn, and is made to measure. Usually the time frame will be anytime between 15-20 days, depending on the order and customisations if any. WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T LIKE MY PRODUCT. IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?

Our team will constantly be in touch with you to help you with your product. However, we have a no refund/cancellation policy, but you can exchange the item within 7 days from receiving the product.
